Celebrate 50th Anniversary Mr. And Mrs. Ross Fox, of Spraggs, observed their 50th wedding anniversary on July 4, 1965, with an open house in the social rooms of the Valley [unreadable] Methodist Church at [unreadable]. Attending were their daughter, Cora, wife of Kenneth Blaker, of Bradenton, Fla.; Mr. And Mrs. Alva L. Jones, of New York City; Mr. And Mrs. Floyd Hunter, of Colliers, W. Va.; a brother, Lawrence Headley and family, of West Middletown; and a nephew, Elman F. Lemley, of Minnesota. Mrs. Jones and Mrs. Hunter are sisters of Mrs. Fox. The tables were decorated in gold and white with a three tier decorated anniversary cake, baked by Mrs. Charles Blaker, sister in law of Cora, centering the table. Floral arrangements were in pink, white, and yellow. The couple received numerous cards and gifts from relatives and friends.
