Fordyce, Mary Ellen, Sarah Jane, Elizabeth, Guardian for And now to wit, March 21st, 1854, the petition of John Fordyce, was presented to the court setting forth that his brother Alfred Fordyce and Priscilla his wife both recently died and that they left four children, viz. Mary Ellen, Sarah Jane, Elizabeth, and the youngest is yet without name and all under fourteen years of age, and that they have no person authorized by law to take charge of their persons and estate.
