Mr. and Mrs. S. E. Spitznogle, of Blacksville, W. Va., announce the marriage of their daughter, Wanda, to Wilbur Grooms, son of Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Grooms, of Khedive, which was solemnized Wednesday, December 24, in the Methodist Church of Oakland, Md., by the Rev. Minor Sprague. The bride as attired in navy blue with black accessories. The couple was attended by Miss Louise Christopher and John Baily, of Khedive. The bride is a graduate of Clay-Battelle High School.
