Milliken-Willison Marriage, 1901


HICKMAN-FORDYCE

Mr. Lonenzo F. Milliken and Miss Margaret Willison were united in marriage Wednesday morning, September 11, 1901, by Rev. J. D. Corbin. The ceremony took place at the home of the bride's father in Morrisville and was a very pleasant affair. The couple left for a wedding trip which will include Buffalo, Niagara and other places. Both the bride and the groom are very estimable young peopele and quite popular, both having attended Waynesburg College for some time. Mr. Milliken served with Co. K, Tenth regiment, in the Phillipines, as sergeant, and when the regiment was called home he remained as a clerk under Capt. Seth Milliken for a year. He has taken up the syudy of medicine, and will attend the Jefferson Medical College at Philadelphia this winter. We extend to the young couple our most sincere congratulations and wishes for a happy and prosperous future.
