Betty H. Andolsek Had worked as a cook at Hartley Inn in Carmichaels Betty Headley Andolsek, 72, of Box 18, Vestaburg, formerly of Carmichaels, died at 11:30 a.m., Monday, May 2, 1994, in Greene County Memorial Hospital. She was born November 12, 1921, in Clarksville, a daughter of Frank E. and Lena Malone Sellers. Mrs. Andolsek had worked as a cook at Hartley Inn in Carmichaels and at Packrall's Bay in Fredericktown. She was a charter member of the First Christian Church of Carmichaels and attended Clarksville Missionary Church. Her first husband, Johnny E. Headley, died in 1970. Her second husband, Frank Andolsek, died in 1974. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. John (Leanna) Rogers of Carmichaels and Carole Sue Headley of Vestaburg; one sister, Mrs. Edna Higgins of Rices Landing; and one grandson, Mark A. Rogers. Deceased, in addition to her first and second husbands, are two brothers, Thomas and Sherman Sellers. ANDOLSEK - Friends of Betty Headley Andolsek, of Box 18, Vestaburg, formerly of Carmichaels, who died Monday, May 2, 1994, will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in Lesako Funeral Home Inc., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 5, with the Rev.
