D. F. BAILY

D. F. Baily died at his home at Ashtabula, Ohio, Saturday evening, March 20, aged 58 years. He had undergone an operation for gall stones about two weeks ago and had never fully recovered. Mr. Baily was born near Carmichaels, this county, and removed to Ohio several years ago where he engaged in the real estate business, being quite successful. He was a member of the Methodist Protestant church and was highly respected. Mr. Baily was married three times. His first wife was Miss Della Fordyce, of Holbrook. After her death he was united in marriage with Mrs. Eliza Hamilton, of New Freeport. Three children were born to this union, Mary, Arie and Thomas Baily, all at home. Mrs. Baily's death occurred several years ago. Later he was united in marriage with Miss Emma Rogers, of Rogersville, who with one daughter, Nellie Baily, also survives. He also leaves one sister, Mrs. Dougan, of Cumberland township. The funeral was held Tuesday afternoon. Interment in the cemetery at Ashtabula, Ohio.
