DON H. BLAKER Don H. Blaker, 34, of DuBois, died in the Greene County Memorial Hospital on Saturday, April 16, 1955 at 12:40 a.m., after a long illness. Born August 20, 1930 at Amity, he was a son of Ocle and Hazel Minor Blaker, and was the husband of Louise Lally Blaker. In addition to his parents and wife he is also survived by two children, Billy and Don, Jr., at home. Also surviving are two brothers: Kenneth Blaker of Bradenton, Fla., and Charles Blaker of Waynesburg. He was a member of the Lake Side Methodist Church of DuBois and had been employed for five years as a machinist at Detroit, Mich. BLAKER - Funeral services for Don H. Blaker, who died Saturday, April 16, 1955, will be held Tuesday, April 19 at 2 p.m. from the George I. Church Funeral Home, Waynesburg, with Rev. David Hashbrouck officiating. Friends are being received at the funeral home at any time. Burial will be in Greene County Memorial Park. Democrat Messenger, April 18, 1955 (Greene County, PA)
