MRS. DORA E. BLAKER Mrs. Dora E. Blaker, 68, widow of Jesse Blaker, of Mt. Morris, died at 9:15 p.m. Monday, June 6, 1955, in Greene County Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. Born June 21, 1886 in Perry Township, she was a daughter of the late Henry B. and Sarah Cowell Fox, and was married to Jesse Blaker, who died 15 years ago. She was a member of the Mt. Morris Methodist Church. SHe resided in Clarksburg, W. Va., for several years but had lived in Mt. Morris the last 13 years. Surviving are one sister and two brothers: Mrs. Belle C. Johnson of Mt. Morris R. D., Minor L. Fox of Akron, Ohio, and Isaac S. Fox, address unknown. Democrat Messenger, June 7, 1955 (Greene County, PA) BLAKER - Funeral services for Mrs. Dora E. Blaker of Mount Morris, who died Monday, June 6, 1955, will be held at 4:30 p.m. D. S. T., Thursday, June 9, at the Mount Morris Methodist Church, with Rev. Amos Shimko officiating. Interment will be in the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Friends are being received at the George I. Church Funeral Home, Waynesburg, until 12 o'clock noon, Thursday, June 9.
