Warren A. DeLancy, 78, of 3753 Greensburg Pike, Churchill Borough, died unexpectedly Monday,
February 13, 1984.
Born September 14, 1905, in Jefferson, Greene County, he was a son of Joseph DeLancy and Clara Axtell DeLancy. A civil engineer, he retired from the American Bridge Division of United States Steel. He was an elder of the Eastminster United Presbyterian Church, a mamber of the Edgewood Country Club, the Suburban East chapter of AARP and the Good Fellowship Club of U. S. Steel. He was the husband of Olive Fordyce Delancy, who died October 7, 1982. Surviving are two daughters, Clara D. Schleiter of Beaver and Marge Herrmann of Birmingham, Mich.; one brother, Robert DeLancy of Texas; six grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.

DeLancy of 3753 Greensburg Pike, Churchill Borough, who died Monday, February 13, 1984, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday in the Maurice L. Knee Ltd. Funeral Home, Center at South streets, Wilkinsburg, where services will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday, February 16, with the Rev. Douglas A. Dunderdale officiating.
