Gladys Deitreich, 91, of Waynesburg, formerly of Sycamore, died at 1 a.m. Thursday, January 26, 1989, in the Franklin Care Center, Waynesburg, following a long illness. She was born June 3, 1897, in Center Township, a daughter of S.D. and Sarah Ann Graham Martin. She lived her entire life in Greene County. She was a member of the Bates Fork Baptist Church and the Church’s Queen Esther Circle. She was a housewife. Her husband, George F. Deitreich, died March 26, 1976. She is survived by a son, Kenneth G. Deitreich of Bellefonte; two granddaughters, Mrs. Michael (Deborrah) Adams of Dayton, Ohio and Cindy Deitreich of Springfield, Ohio; a grandson, Kenneth Alan Deitreich; and four great-grandchildren. Deceased are a sister, Bernice Lewis; and two brothers, Otto and Earl Martin.
