Mrs. Mary Deweese, wife of J.C.M. Deweese died at her home about three miles north of Sidney this morning, of heart trouble. She had been sick for about six weeks and about a week ago suffered a stroke of paralysis. She was fifty-six years of age and was born in Hendricks County, Indiana. Her maiden name was Mary Fordyce. One boy survives, William E. Deweese. The funeral services will be held at the Reformed Church at Swanders Friday, leaving her late home at 10 o'clock. Interrment in Pearl Cemetery.
