Clareece Ruth Fordyce Felski, 88, of 2600 East University Avenue, Sterling House, Georgetown, Texas, died at 7:35 a.m. Friday, September 3, 1999, in Georgetown (Texas) Hospital. She was born June 27, 1911, in Waynesburg, a daughter of Jessie James and Minnie Pearl Sellers Fordyce. Mrs. Felski was a member of Tenth Street United Methodist Church, Taylor, Texas. She was a member of Women's Circle Club, AARP and Beta Sigma Phi. She was a past president of West Virginia Osteopathic Association Auxiliary. She was a teacher at Homewood Elementary School, Lorain, Ohio, for 40 years. On May 29, 1941, she married Dr. Emil M. Felski, who survives. Also surviving are three daughters, Bonnie Sells of Thrall, Texas, Jane Lynne Thompson of Houston, Texas, and Rochelle Ann Garrett of Chagrin Falls, Ohio; a son, Emil F.M. Felski of Maitland, Fla.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. A brother, Carl Fordyce, is deceased. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 8, in Greene Mount Cemetery, Waynesburg, with the Rev. Penny Adams officiating.
