ALICE LORETTA FORDYCE
Mrs. Alice Loretta Coffman Fordyce, 55, of Lambert, died at 1:55 a.m. Saturday, January 22, 1972, in Uniontown Hospital following a long illness. She was born at McClellandtown, a daughter of the late Frank and Etta Core Coffman. Her husband, Claude Fordyce, survives. Mrs. Fordyce was a member of the Lambert Union Church and was a teacher for the Primary Sunday School Class. Surviving, in addition to her husband, Claude Fordyce, are six daughters: Mrs. Richard (Carol) Taylor, of Mineapolis, Minn.; Mrs. Carol (Patty) Opel, of McClellandtown; Mrs. Jerry (Brenda) Lawson, of Cleveland, Ohio; Mrs. Richard (Aleta) Lawson, of Smithfield; Mrs. Frank (Barbara) Chervenak, of Silver Spring, Md., and Mrs. Roger (Roma) Perriene, of Silver Spring, Md.; six sons: C. Homes Fordyce., of Luck, Wis.; Paul and Lewis Fordyce, both at home; Blaine Fordyce, of McClellandtown; Nevin Fordyce, of Republic, and Gary Fordyce, of Cleveland, Ohio; 24 grandchildren, and four sisters: Miss Elsie Coffman, of Pittsburgh; Mrs. John Morris, of McClellandtown; Mrs. Carl Brashear, of Footedale; and Mrs. James Gladarise, of Uniontown.
