Ashley N. Fordyce, three-month-old daughter of Michael A. and Tammy Sue Cox Fordyce of Amity R.D. 1, died Tuesday, November 22, 1983, in Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born August 26, 1983, in Washington Hospital. Surviving in addition to her parents are her maternal grandparents, Thomas B. and Sharon L. Cox of Washington; hre paternal grandparents, Cecil G. and Betty J. Fordyce of Amity R.D. 1; maternal great-grandfather, A. L. (Pete) Montgomery of Amity R.D. 1; maternal great-grandmother, Mary E. Cox of Waynesburg; maternal great-grandparents, A. G. and Bertha Salsberry of Washington; maternal great-grandmother Eleanor G. Wood of Salome, Ariz.; and maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. Clara B. Montgomery of Amity R.D. 1; five aunts and two uncles. FORDYCE - Friends of the family of Ashley N. Fordyce, infant daughter of Michael A. and Tammy Sue Cox Fordyce of Amity R.D. 1, who died Tuesday, Novemner 22, 1983, will be received in the E. Richard Nichol Funeral Home, Marianna, Wednesday, November 23, from 2 to 4 p.m., when services will be conducted with the Rev. Shimer Darr, pastor of Grace Brethren Church, officiating.
