EDISON FORDYCE DIES SUDDENLY AT HIS HOME

WAYNESBURG, June 26. - Edison Fordyce, 60, died suddenly at his home near Willow Grove, in Center Township, Saturday, June 25, at 9 p.m.

Mr. Fordyce was a well known farmer and stock raiser. He was born in Center Township, where he spent his entire life, on December 12, 1877. He was a son of Rinehart and Elizabeth Orndoff Fordyce. He was never married and was the last of his family. A brother, Archibald Fordyce, died last October.

He was a member of the Rogersville Methodist Protestant Church.

Funeral services will be held in his home, Tuesday, June 28, at 2 o'clock, in charge of the Rev. N. E. Schindler, of Confluence, and the Rev. James W. Gladden, of Rogersville. Burial will be in the Rosemont Cemetery.
