Goldie L. Fordyce, 68, of 2819 West Ruth Avenue, Phoenix, Ariz., died July 30, 1981, in Glendale (Ariz.) Samaritan Hospital. Mrs. Fordyce was born in Washington County, a daughter of the late James and Daisy Martin. She was a member of the West Washington Methodist Church before moving to Phoenix in 1963. Her husband, Curtis Fordyce, is deceased. Surviving are a son, James Fordyce, of Claysville; a daughter, Ruth Reynolds, of Phoenix; a sister, Zelma Camp of Washington; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Three brothers, Earl, Herman and Russell Martin, are deceased. Graveside services were held August 3 in Memory Lawn Memorial Park, Phoenix.
