Larry W. Fordyce. 35, of Route 1, Burton, W. Va., died Tuesday, January 27, 1987, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va. He was born September 9, 1951, in Cameron, W. Va., a son of Charlotta Polen Fordyce and the late William Fordyce. He was employed at rthe Consolidation Coal Company's Blacksville No. 2 mine. He graduated from Milton Hershey High School in 1969. He was a 1973 graduate of Waynesburg College. He was a member of the Theta Chi Fraternity and the United Mine Workers Local 1702. He is survived by his wife, Sheila Hall Fordyce; a son, Derek at home; three daughters, Larissa, Annette and Jessica, all at home; three brothers, Ed Fordyce of Garards Fort, James Fordyce of Wellston, Okla., and Charles (Chuck) Fordyce of Charlestown, W. Va.; and two sisters, Mrs. Byllye Miller of Ashland City, Tenn., and Sylvia Fordyce of Morgantown. Newspaper obituary, date and source unknown (Greene County, PA)
