MRS. WILLIAM C. FORDYCE Mrs. Malinda S. Fordyce died at the home of her son, Jacob E. Fordyce, of Morgan township, Tuesday night, July 20, aged 86 years. She had been in failing health for the past year and a half but her condition did not become serious until a few weeks ago. Her death was due to infirmities incident to advanced years. Mrs. Fordyce was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Simmons, deceased. She was a member of the Christian church. Her husband's death occurred in 1888. Three children survive, E. A. Fordyce, of Springhill township; Mrs. henry Sellers, of Clarksville, and Jacob E. Fordyce, of Waynesburg, R. D. 1. The funeral services were held Thursday at 2 o'clock, conducted by Rev. O. E. Bennett, of Rogersville. Interment in the Fordyce cemetery. Waynesburg Republican, July 29, 1926 (Waynesburg, PA)
