Paul Lynn Fordyce, 58, of Redding, Calif., died Wednesday, May 20, 1981. He was born May 31, 1922, in Washington, a son of James and Dora Fordyce. He had lived in Redding for the past 18 years. Mr. Fordyce, a former employee of Kress Box Co. of Washington and the Pennsylvania Railroad, had been retired the last two and one-half years due to poor health. He was a Protestant. Surviving are a brother, Howard W. Fordyce of Claysville R.D. 1, and three sisters, Zella Weirich of Augusta, Ga., and Mrs. Ralph (Betty) Wingrove and Mrs. Edward (Florence) Antill, both of Washington, Three brothers and one sister are deceased. The funeral will be private, with interment in the Washington Cemetery. The family asks that memorial contributions be made to the Cancer Society.
