Miss Vada Ruth Fox Last rites were held for Vada Ruth Fox on Sunday afternoon at the Valley Chapel Church. Miss Fox, who was the daughter of Lindsey and Sarah Headley Fox, died in her home in Perry Township on Friday, Feb. 8, at 8:20 p.m. She was born July 20, 1914 and was aged 20 years, six months and 19 days. She was a member of the Valley Chapel M. E. Church. She leaves her parents and the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Ora Wise, Mt. Morris; Mrs. Artie Wade, Spraggs; Arvil Fox, of Maidsville, W. Va., and Earl Fox, at home. Miss Fox had been sick for several months. The funeral was held Sunday, Feb. 10. SHort services were held at the home at 1 o'clock with further services in the Valley Chapel Church in charge of Rev. Frederick Spielman. Interment was in the Claughton Chapel Cemetery.
