Otis Garner Dies, Was Board Member Services for Otis (Bill) Garner, 79, R. R. 1, Brownsburg, a former Brownsburg town board member, were Monday at the Jones and Matthews mortuary in Brownsburg with the Rev. Donald Tyler and the Rev. Eldon Coons officiating. Burial was in Brownsburg cemetery, Inc. He died Friday at his home. Born Oct. 6, 1893 in Brownsburg, he was a retired electrical contractor and plumber. Mr. Garner was a member of the Bethesda Baptist church and the Brownsburg Masonic lodge. Survivors include the widow, Mary; a son, William of Brownsburg; two daughters, Mrs. Milton Hooksma, Hammond, and Mrs. Margie Unger, Illinois; a sister, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
