Emma L. Hartley Mrs. Emma L. Hartley, 98, of 78 Oakland park, Columbus, Ohio, a former resident of Greene County, died at 9:45 p.m. Saturday, January 18, 1964, following a long illness. She was the widow of C. L. Hartley, and had resided most of her life in Perry Township. Shortly after the death of her husband on July 13, 1949, she moved to Columbus where she resided with a son, A. L. Hartley. Mrs. Hartley, a daughter of Morris and Martha Jane Phillips Lemley, was born September 18, 1865, in Perry Township. She was a member of the Kirby Methodist Church. Surviving are two sons, A. L. Hartley, with whom she ressided, and Omar Glenn Hartley, of New Brunswick, N. J.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
