Mary Dulaney Hartley, 90, of 104 East Wayne Street, Waynesburg, died at 7 P.M. Sunday, March 4, 1984, in Greene County Memorial Hospital following a long illness. She was born Oct. 5, 1893, in Braddock to Arthur Dulaney and Ida Patterson Dulaney Brock. She was married Nov. 27, 1957, to Sylvia E. Hartley, who is deceased. Surviving is a niece Mrs. William C.
