HEADLEE - Mr. J. F. Headlee, formerly of Blacksville, W. Va., but late of Mannington, W. Va., died at his home in the last named place, Jan. 27th aged about 30 years. Mr. Headlee has been an invalid much of his life, the immediate cause of his death being consumption. For ten years he had been a consistent member of the M. E. Church. The remains were brought to Blacksville for interment. Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Cool. The deceased leaves a wife and three little children, to whom all extend sympathy on their bereavement. - Waynesburg Democrat. Morgantown New Dominion, February 11, 1888 (Morgantown, WV)
