Steven Richard Headlee Steven Richard Headlee, 5, of Eighty Four, R. D. 1, was dead on arrival at 2:15 p.m. Wednesday at Washington Hospital as the result of an accident in a barn near his home. He was born July 7, 1964, at Alexandria, Va., a son of Ronald Joseph Headlee Dr. and Dixie Jackman Headlee, of Eighty Four, R.D. 2. Steven attended the Emmanuel United Presbyterian Church at Eighty Four, and was a kindergarten pupil in the Bentley-Ellsworth school system. Surviving in addition to his parents are his paternal grandparents, Furman and Martha Headlee, of Garards Fort; his maternal grandparents, William and Mabel Jackman, of Manassas, Va., formerly of Carnmichaels; one brother, Ronald J. Jr., and a sister, Diana K., both at home. Funeral services were held Saturday. Newspaper obituary, date and source unknown (Greene County, PA)
