Janice C. Hickman Janice C. Hickman, 75, of 1705 Ridgewood Drive, Washington, died at 11:30 p.m. Saturday, April 14, 1984, in her home following alingering illness. She was born March 9, 1909, in North Franklin Township, a daughter of George Benson and Emma Mayne Loar. Mrs. Hickman was a 50-year member of the West Washington United Methodist Church. On July 27, 1928, she married Frank E. Hickman, who survives. Also surviving are four sons, William H. Hickman and Robert E. Hickman, both of Washington, John R. Hickman of Dudley, Mass., and Paul E. Hickman of Florida; one daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Vivian Jean) Mineart of Brighton, Iowa; 15 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Three brothers and one sister are deceased.
