Word has been received of the death of Bernice Lee, 76, of Dunnellon, Fla., formerly of Greene County, on Sunday, January 20, 1985. She was born Octoner 31, 1908, in Center Township, daughter of W. L. and Emma Lynch Fordyce. Her husband. Bert Lee, is deceased. Mrs. lee had lived her early life in Center Township and was a graduate of Center Township High School. She continued her education in Ohio and for many years resided in Long Island, N.Y., where she was employed as a registered nurse. She had been living in Florida for the past 10 years. Mrs. Lee was a member of the Christian church. Surviving are one son, William Lee of Grand Island, N.Y.; two granddaughters and three great-granddaughters; two sisters, Mrs. Hester Orndoff of Waynesburg and Mrs. Mary F. Mitchell of Rogersville; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held in Florida. Arrangements are incomplete. Newspaper obituary, date and source unknown (Greene County, Pennsylvania)
