Died, at his home near Brock, post-office, on November 22, 1894, Clark Lemley, after 24 days illness, of typhoid fever. He was aged 45 years. In 1870 he was married to Rachel Headlee, and leaves, besides herself, one daughter and two sons to mourn his loss. About 24 years of age he connected himself with the M. E. church at Valley Chapel and ever after lived a cheerful christian life. Services were held by Revs. J. C. McMinn and H. Household at the Valley Chapel church on Saturday, at 11 a.m., after which the remains were taken to the Cedar Grove cemetery at Mt. Morris. Mr. Lemley was a good citizen, an obliging neighbor, a kind parent, and we shall miss him greatly.
