Mrs. Mary M. Lemley Mrs. Mary Masters Lemley, aged 60, well known resident of Gilmore township, died Thursday, November 22, 1928, at the home of Zade Griffith, of Pine Bank. Mrs. Lemley had been ill for some time. She was twice married, her first husband having been Marion Masters. To this union three sons and one daughter were born, all of whom survive, namely: George Masters, Arthur Masters, Robert Masters and Mrs. Cecil Conner, of Waynesburg. Her second husband was Jerry Lemley, deceased. Short funeral services were held Sunday at 12:30 at the home of Mrs. Cecil Conner in Fourth avenue, followed by further services in the Claughton Chapel church, Whiteley township. Interment was in the Claughton cemetery. Democrat Messenger, November 30, 1928 (Greene County, Pennsylvania)
