James B. Lewis James B. Lewis, 74, of Lawrence, Mass., died Sunday, February 10, 1974, in the bon Secours Hospital, Methuen, Mass. He was born September 26, 1899, in Waynesburg, a son of James M. and Haddie Fordyce Lewis, and resided in Washington and Waynesburg before moving to Massachusetts. He was a member of the Methodist Church. On March 29, 1926, he married Leona Phillips, who survives. Also surviving are two sons, James S. of Wakefield, Mass., and Richard L. Lewis, Lawrence, Mass.; three sisters, Mrs. L. H. Walter and Mrs. Margaret L. McGinty, both of Washington, and Mrs. Loretta Stewart, Tucson, Ariz.; also six grandchildren.
