Kermit T. "Newt" Loughman, 59, Oak Forest, Waynesburg R.D. 5, died at 11:30 a.m. Thursday after a long illness at the residence of Lilley Housand. He was born June 20, 1916 in Bolivar, Ohio to the late William I. and Clara Belle Wells Loughman. He was employed by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and spent most of his life in the Graysville area. He was a member of the Unity Bristoria Presbyterian Church and an associate member of the Waynesburg VFW Post 4793. He is survived by one brother, Kenneth, Rochester, Pa; and a half sister, Mrs. John (Lena) Yoders, Wintersville, Ohio. Newspaper obituary, date and source unknown (Greene County, PA)
