Georgie F. Martin Mt. Morris resident was homemaker Georgie F. Martin, 97, of Mt. Morris R.D.1, died at 5:55 p.m. Thursday, August 19, 1999, in Smithley Personal Care Home, Mt. Morris. She was born September 12, 1901, in Rogersville, a daughter of George J. and Lizzie Conklin Funk. Mrs. Martin attended Rogersville High School and was a homemaker. She was a member of Whites Christian Church in Whites Ridge. On December 19, 1923, she married Otto G. Martin, who died December 29, 1982. Surviving are several nieces and nephews. Deceased are a sister, Effie Lehew; and two brothers, Hal Sr. and Harold Funk. Washington Observer-Reporter, August 21, 1999 (Greene County, PA)
