Mrs. Sarah E. Morris Mrs. Sarah E. Morris, wife of John Morris, died at their home, near Fordyce, Friday afternoon, July 8, aged 65 years, of a complication of diseases. Mrs. Morris was a daughter of Abner and Eliza Moredock Fordyce, deceased. She was a member of the Fordyce M. P. church and was most highly esteemed. Beside her husband she is survived by two children, H. Fordyce Morris, of Fordyce, and Miss Lydia Morris, at home. Three brothers and a sister also survive, John and James Fordyce, of Berwick, Ill., V. L. and Miss Ella Fordyce, of Fordyce. The funeral service was held Sunday at 10 a.m., conducted by the Rev. O. W. Bolton and Rev. Charles Smith. Democrat Messenger, July 15, 1921 (Greene County, PA)
