Sarah Phillips Sarah Ann (Sue) Phillips, 70, of Garards Fort R.D. 1, died on Wednesday, September 16, 1987, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va. She was born March 12, 1917, in Mt. Morris, a daughterof Barney and Hallie Fordyce Fox. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Dunkard in Taylortown. She is survived by her husband, Cecil R. Phillips; two daughters, Leanna Uphold of Route 5, Morgantown, W. Va., and Rosalie Weaver of Dilliner; a stepdaughter, Edna Feesko of Millville, N.J.; five stepsons, Kenneth Phillips, Ronald Phillips and Richard Phillips, all of Greensboro R.D. 1, Donald Phillips of Carmichaels R.D. 1 and David Phillips of Garards Fort R.D. 1; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Kenneth Fox of Bald Hill, Dave Fox of Mt. Morris and Minor Fox of Granville, W. Va. A grandson is deceased. Newspaper obituary, date and source unknown (Greene County, PA)
