Goldie M. Russell Goldie M. Russell, 97, of Mt. Morris R. D. 1, died at 10:25 a.m. Sunday, February 28, 1988, in Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va., following a long illness. She was born August 14, 1890, in Perry Township, Greene County, a daughter of Morgan B. and Sarah Catherine Master [sic] Wade. A lifelong resident of Perry Township, she was a housewife and affiliated with the Methodist church. Her husband, Eli H. Russell, died in January 1940. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Robert (Wilma) Pyles of Mt. Morris; 10 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the last of her immediate family. Deceased are one daughter, Kathryn Cowell; three sons, Alfred Eugene, Dale and Milford Russell; three grandchildren, William and Russell Cowell and Ira Hollabaugh Jr.; five sisters, Viola, Sarah Jane, Minnie, Nancy and Etta, and six brothers, William, Leroy, Harman, John, Oliver and Oscar Wade.
