Charles Everett Spitznogle
Charles Everett Spitznogle, 74, of Core, W. Va., a native of Greene County, died Friday, February 10, 1967, in the Monongalia General Hospital, Morgantown, W. Va. He was a son of the late Simon E. and Mary Jane Tennant Spitznogle and was born August 15, 1892, near Mt. Morris. Surviving are his wife, Effie Lemley Spitznogle; three sons, Donald R., of Morgantown, and Charles B. and Herbert M., both of Pentress, W. Va.; three daughters, Mrs. Roy Tennant, of Pentress, Mrs. Ray Weasenforth, of McColl, Md., and Mrs. Alvin Bradfield, of Rome, Ga.; 20 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; three brothers, Clarence H., of Westover, W. Va., and Jesse G. and Frank J., both of Pentress; a half-brother, Edward, of Mt. Morris, and three half-sisters, Mrs. Thelma McBelly, of Monongahela, Mrs. Wanda Grooms, of Everettsville, and Mrs. Madonna Cuhn, of Loraine, Ohio.
