James Stoneking
James Alvin Stoneking, 75, of Dilliner R.D. 1, died Monday, November 23, 1987, in Guardian Angels Rest Home, Carmichaels. He was born August 7, 1912, in Kanawha County, W. Va., son of Alvin and Effie Carper Stoneking. His wife, Virginia Belford Stoneking, died in 1980. He was a retired coal miner and had worked for Twilight Industries. He was a member of United Mine Workers Local 1828. Surviving are a son, James S. Stoneking of Dilliner; two daughters, Mrs. Delmar (Betty Eiliene) Smith of Lisbon, Ohio, and Mrs. Richard (Connie Joyce) Eddy of Bobtown; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Minor Stoneking of Kirtland, Ohio; and four sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Dusenberry of Dilliner, Mrs. Eveln Keeney of St. Albans, W.
