JAMES E. TURNER MORGANTOWN, W. VA. - James E. Turner, 71, 741 Johnson Avenue, Morgantown, W. Va., died Wednesday, April 12 at Monongalia General Hospital. He was born February 3, 1907 in Waynesburg. He was a son of the late Joseph and Ada Mae Turner. Mr. Turner was a retired employee of the Monongahela Power Co. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Morgantown. He is survived by his wife, Ruth Bowler Turner; one daughter, Mrs. Antonio (Kay) Fernandes, California, Pa.; and one brother, Samuel Turner, Ruff Creek. Burial will be at Rosemont Cemetery.
