Minnie A. Wood Minnie A. Wood, 77, of Waynesburg R. D. 6, died at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 1987, at her home. She was born May 6, 1909, in Richhill Township to Burroughs and Jennie Wise Martin. She was married June 19, 1928, to Arleigh A. Wood, Sr., who died March 21, 1982. A homemaker, her entire life was spent in Greene County and she had lived in her present home for the past 49 years. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Waynesburg. Surviving are a son, Arleigh A. Wood Jr. of Waynesburg; a daughter, Jennie Mae Wood of Waynesburg R.D. 6; four grandchildren, Mrs. Don (Karen) Keller of Waynesburg, Gary Wood of Waynesburg, Mrs. Thomas (Susan) Becht and Tina Wood, both of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; and a sister, Zana Martin of Ninevah, and six great-grandchildren. A son, Donald Wood; two sisters, Lola and Lena Martin, and a brother, Lee Martin, are deceased. Newspaper obituary, date and source unknown (Greene County, PA)
