Robert Zimmerman Jr. Robert Zimmerman Jr., 37, of New Concord, Ohio, formerly of Spraggs, died at 8:34 p.m. Tuesday, January 29, 1985 in Good Samaritan Medical Center, Zanesville, Ohio. He suffered a heart attack while playing basketball at Starmont School in New Concord. He was born November 10, 1947, in Waynesburg to Robert E. Zimmerman of Spraggs and the late Helen Phillips Zimmerman. A graduate of Waynesburg High School and Penn State University, he was active in 4-H sheep projects while in high school. He was a veteran of the Vietnam War and at the time of his death was president of Lifetime Fence Co., New Concord, where he was a member of the United Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to his father are his wife, Jeanne Holden Zimmerman, and two daughters, Amy and Anne, both at home. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday in New Concord. The family suggests memorial contributions to the New Concord United Methodist Church. Burial arrangements are incomplete. Newspaper obituary, date and source unknown (Greene County, PA)
