THOMAS ZIMMERMAN Thomas Zimmerman, 73, of Pine Grove, W. Va., died Monday morning, Sept. 15, 1958, of a heart attack at his home. Born September 12, 1885, in Wayne Twp., near Spraggs, he was the son of Henry and Caroline Headley Zimmerman, both deceased. He was twice married. His first wife, Nell Hoskinson, died in 1922. He is survived by the following children by his first wife: Mrs. Ruth Brewer, of Mannington, W. Va.; Elmer, of Charleston, W. Va.; Harry, of Fairmont, W. Va.; Mrs. Irving Cunningham, of Mannington, W. Va. He is survived by his second wife, Ivah Rogers, and the following children: Robert, who is stationed in Germany, and Charles, who is stationed in Maryland. He is also survived by the following sisters: Mrs. Emma Bishop of Toano, Virginia; Mrs. Ocie Yeager of Spraggs; Mrs. Gertrude Haines of Bellaire, Ohio; Mrs. Blanche Rogers of Moundsville, W. Va., and three brothers, Henry V. of Waynesburg R. D. 3, William of Spraggs, and Charles of Waynesburg. He is a retired gas company employee. ZIMMERMAN RITES Funeral services for Thomas Zimmerman, former Greene County resident, who died Monday at Pine Grove, W. Va., will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock in the Methodist Church at Pine Grove. Burial will be at Blacksville, W. Va. and the casket will be opened at graveside.
