Harry E. Fordyce (1883-1956) in his World War I uniform, ca, 1918. Harry was a son of James Henry (1845-1915) and Mary D. (Bennett) Fordyce (1857-1933) and was born at Pierceton, Indiana on April 11, 1883. He was living in Whiting, Indiana when this photograph was taken. He later moved to South Dakota where he died at the Veteran's Home in Hot Springs on May 29, 1956.
